Before working at Open Wireless, Vann began his career doing hands-on work which consisted of being a handyman, giving a solid foundation to his repertoire. Vann would later switch to becoming a nationwide locksmith providing high-quality customer care at prestigious hotels across the country. Vann was later referred to Open Wireless which swayed him to find an optimal path in the continuation of growth for hands-on work, while still providing the best quality customer service.
Expertise & Skills
Vann has previous experience with tech companies on a different scope. He worked with a non-profit, Maker Effect Foundation, to gain an early fundamental understanding of networking and code. Hospitality has also followed him through his career, with countless customer interactions to figure out and solve the issue in a manner that correlates with the customer.

Outside of Open Wireless, you will see Vann developing his hobbies in the arts field of study while also juggling numerous daily activities. You will consistently find him at the gym, writing a novel, or flipping out over the next boxing paper view. His passion lies in the fruit of his labor, helping people reach better speeds one link at a time.
